Rotary Sand Dryers are one of the typical applying area of rotary dryers due to its reliable performance, high efficiency and low manufacturing cost. Our factory has been making rotary dryers for drying sand since 1980s. Back then only single-pass rotary dryers were available for all drying processes. As entering 21st century, all industries facing more and more environmental challenges and higher demand for energy efficiency. Our factory started to R &D Triple-pass Rotary Sand Dryers in 2001, which now has basically replaced conventional single-pass rotary dryer in sand drying plants.

Sand dryer structure:
feed bin, weigh conveyor, thermal rotary dryer with burner (natural gas, vaporized propane, light or heavy oil), discharge conveyor, cyclone, baghouse with ID fan, connecting ductwork, controls and a control house.
