Description
Shotcrete has certain physical and mechanical performance requirements, among which compressive strength is one of its main properties, and the general compressive strength can reach 20 MPa, so it can play the role of supporting ground pressure.

During the spraying construction, a certain amount of quick-setting admixture is added to make the concrete condense fast, and the early strength is high. Concrete shotcrete machine work precautions
Before starting the shotcrete machine, it should be connected to ventilation, water and electricity first. Open the intake valve and gradually reach the rated pressure. Then start the motor to run at no load. After confirming that everything is normal, the material can be put into operation. The installation of the pipeline should be correct. Fasten the seal. When the pipeline passes through the road, it should be placed in the ground trough and covered with protection.
During the concrete spraying operation, it is strictly forbidden to stand in front of the nozzle. The operator of the shotcrete machine should always stand within the concrete support surface that has been sprayed. If the suspension time exceeds 1h during operation, it should be inside the warehouse and the delivery pipe. The dry mix is completely sprayed. When the machine is stopped, the feed should be stopped first, then the motor should be turned off and the compressed air should be stopped.
After the spraying operation is completed, the dry mix in the bin and the conveying hose should be completely sprayed out, and the nozzle should be removed and cleaned to remove the concrete and debris adhering to the inside and outside of the fuselage, and should be cleaned at the same time. Spray the tube and keep the seal in a relaxed state.
